Full replacement or refund will be granted, should any product be faulty or not meet consumer law requirements.

Privacy policy
Horse Problems South Africa does not keep records of clients and does not therefore pass such on to others.

Terms of service
Payment via PayFast payment gateway online or EFT into Horse Problems business bank account. Products paid for prior to postage.

Wrong fit
We will exchange everything, providing we have stock available and providing customer sends back a stamped addressed appropriate sized bag with the undamaged ill-fitting product.

Delivery policy
Door to door courier service at an extra cost. Pick up in Burgundy Estate Cape Town at no extra charge.
